Delivery is free @ Spot-ontv. Theres nothing worse than getting to the checkout and having another £15 or £20 stuck on for delivery, well at Spot-ontv we do our best to keep delivery charges to zero so on most items the price you see is the price you pay, the only exceptions are larger TV units delivered to the highlands and any delivery to Northern Ireland but we always advise if an extra charge needs to be added on the product page so there are no nasty surprises. Mainland UK for any chair is free.

At Spot-ontv we understand that once you have selected your product you want it as quickly as possible and thats what we aim to do, So next to all of our items for sale we offer a "usually ships in" guide this is not an exact date as we will dispatch your item as soon as possible or if you let us know any week day that suits you. We have access to various warehouses and some in stock items can be in your home as quickly as 48Hrs, Please call for latest update.
Delivery
We only deliver to mainland UK and cardholders address. Payment is always taken at time of ordering whether the item is available or not, if the item isn't available for immediate delivery we will advise of expected arrival and keep you updated in the meantime.
ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is possible to arrange delivery to an address different to the cardholders, We can take a cheque or a direct bank transfer only for this service, Please call for full details.- Basic delivery (Mon-Fri all day) is FREE to most of Mainland UK, Highlands and Northern Ireland do incurr an extra charge, This is an all day call between 9AM and 5:30PM.

All of our deliveries are made by either our own delivery network or our nationwide courier partner, although we will contact you by either email or telephone to arrange a day .If you do have a preference for a particular day you can make a note in the special instructions slot before placing your order, you can also contact us direct if you would like a particular day.
At spot-ontv we do rely on deliveries from our suppliers which we do try and incorperate in the delivery guide time, If our suppliers fail to deliver on time we will contact you as soon as we can on any information you have given us to rearrange a suitable delivery day.We cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to a failed delivery.

We have now increased our range to include selected white goods, however we don't offer the same nationwide delivery as we do for TV's and furniture. The delivery is restricted to North east England/postcodes beginning with NE,SR,DH,DL and TS. So if you see the restricted distribution sign on the product listing we can only deliver to these postcodes.On these products delivery is free, we do also offer a installation/connection service

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products providing the goods are in a resalable condition. If you purchase a flatpack item please do be aware that we are unable to collect fully assembled items so you will need to return it to its flatpack form and return it in the original packaging. We will advise you of return carriage charge before we arrange to collect the item. The 7 working day cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of those goods and you are required to notify us in writing/email within this time.
To return your product you will need an authority number which we will give you when you contact us via email, post or telephone please note Spot-ontv will not accept any goods without this and you will incur the charges of return. You are however responsible for the safe return of the product to us, including the cost of doing so. We can obviously arrange this on your behalf at a cost , except where certain additional requirements are made, for which the additional cost will be advised & passed on.
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Spot-ontv.co.uk we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
