The main thing we try to get across at Spot-ontv is that we really do care for our customers, Going that extra mile to give you the customer the service you deserve.

One thing we don't do is go on about how big we are and our massive call centres waiting for your call as normally you end up doing all the waiting. We are a small family team all focused on giving you what you require as quickly as we can. So if you require an unpersonal non caring service which perhaps may be a few pounds cheaper then perhaps we arn't for you but if you do want the knowledge of a helpful and caring family team then you really don't need to look anywhere else.
